Ian discussed the challenges faced by companies as they increasingly use webconferencing for global meetings at the ETAS conference in Lugano, Switzerland on 12 January 2008.  He will be presenting 'English for Business Life' at conferences in Ulm, Hamburg, Dusseldorf ("Sprachen und Beruf") and Stuttgart in March and April.  Contact info@bmes.co.uk for details.
