'Closed' courses
The business function or group selects participants. Courses are usually held twice per year and are based around business meetings, work-based discussions and presentations. Language feedback and targeted input designed to help participants develop their communication in English is provided by the trainer(s) during and after the course.
These meetings/courses are an excellent opportunity for small groups of colleagues from the same or different locations to spend time together - they learn the English they need for their work and build deeper working relationships. A tailored course for a global team of managers would be an example of this type of training.
